Story

Golden Glow. Colorful dots slowly meandered across the horizon, growing ever larger with time. Without a trail or a plan, we decided to go make friends. Each step through the field covered our legs with small droplets that beaded and trickled down onto our soaked shoes. The locals gradually grazed as their distinct colors emerged out of the golden fields. I stood still waiting to be welcomed when my new friend approached. My senses peaked while the soft breaths of the animal broke the morning silence. Time stood still. The smell of fresh rain hung in the air and everything else slowly melted away until it was only me, my golden friend, and our constant companions, the wind and water.
