Ebb and Flow. The twists and turns of Highway 1 guide you through some of the most beautiful landscape the country has to offer.  From gently rolling hills along the ocean to steep cliffs that fight the incessant pounding of the waves, each stop along Highway 1 is filled with gorgeous views and an endless amount of memories from past visitors finding their way.  On my travels thru Big Sur I often found myself not just looking outward, but inward at myself.  My focus changed from making my way north to climb another 14er to conquering a much harder task, starting a new chapter in my life.  A fitting song for my last big trip thru California:
